**Job Title: Project Coordinator for Roof WaterproofingDuties and Responsibilities**
- **Project Coordination**: Oversee and coordinate all aspects of roof waterproofing projects to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- **Task Scheduling**: Assist in planning and scheduling waterproofing activities, ensuring proper sequencing of tasks and resource allocation.
- **Material Management**: Evaluate and select appropriate waterproofing materials, coordinating procurement and supplier interactions.
- **Site Inspections**: Conduct thorough site inspections to monitor progress, ensure adherence to project specifications, and assess the quality of waterproofing installations.
- **Issue Resolution**: Identify and address issues such as water leaks, inadequate sealing, or material compatibility, providing timely solutions.
- **Stakeholder Communication**: Act as the primary point of contact between clients, contractors, and team members, providing regular updates on project progress and milestones.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain detailed records of project schedules, daily reports, inspection notes, and quality checklists.
- **Safety Compliance**: Ensure that all waterproofing activities comply with safety standards and company policies, reducing risks on-site.
- **Vendor and Contractor Management**: Collaborate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- **Waterproofing Expertise**: Strong understanding of roof waterproofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to identify root causes of water leaks and implement effective solutions.
