Job Summary

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the project management team in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This role involves coordinating the efforts of team members, third-party contractors, and consultants to deliver fit-out projects according to plan. The Project Coordinator will also assist in defining project objectives, overseeing quality control throughout its life cycle, and communicating project status to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- **Project Planning and Coordination**:

- Assist in the development of project plans and schedules.
- Coordinate and monitor project milestones and deliverables.
- Ensure all project documentation is up to date and stored appropriately.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders.
- Organize and participate in project meetings, preparing agendas, and minutes.
- Coordinate with designers, architects, contractors, and other team members.
- **Resource Management**:

- Assist in resource allocation and management throughout the project.
- Track project costs and ensure budgets are adhered to.
- Support procurement of materials and services as required.
- **Quality Control and Compliance**:

- Ensure projects comply with building regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
- Monitor the quality of work performed by contractors and vendors.
- Conduct site visits to ensure project progress aligns with plans and specifications.
- **Risk Management**:

- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Maintain risk logs and report issues to project managers promptly.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Prepare regular status reports and updates for stakeholders.
- Document all project phases and maintain comprehensive project files.
- Assist in the preparation of project close-out reports and lessons learned documentation.
- **Client Relations**:

- Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering projects that meet their specifications and expectations.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in the fit-out or construction industry.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
- Knowledge of construction processes and standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Auto-cad And 3D

Additional Information
- **Working Hours**: Standard office hours with flexibility to work evenings or weekends as project demands.
- **Travel**: Occasional travel to project sites may be required.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
