**Job Summary**
Key Responsibilities
- Menu Development: Create and develop a diverse menu featuring dishes from various international cuisines, ensuring high quality and creativity.
- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards, maintaining consistency and presentation.
- Ingredient Management: Source, select, and use the freshest ingredients, maintaining inventory and managing waste efficiently.
- Kitchen Management: Supervise kitchen staff, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.
- Quality Control: Monitor food quality and presentation, ensuring all dishes meet the restaurant's standards.
- Health and Safety: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen.
- Customer Feedback: Engage with customers to gather feedback and make improvements to the menu and service.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a chef, with a focus on international cuisines. Previous experience in a high-end restaurant or hotel is preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of various international cooking techniques and ingredients.
- Strong creativity and a passion for developing unique and diverse dishes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer preferences.
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional training.
