We are looking for a passionate and proactive Business Development Manager to drive the sales of our coffee products plus associated product line to grow our customer base.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the coffee segment.
- Identify and prioritize potential clients, including cafes, restaurants, hotels, offices, and retail outlets, through market research and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, understanding their needs and preferences to tailor solutions that meet their requirements.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation, contract signing, and post-sale support.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns, marketing materials, and product launches to support sales efforts.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancement and market differentiation.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, pipeline activity, and market insights to senior management.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and expand professional networks.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and exceptional customer experience.
- Stay informed about coffee industry regulations, certifications, and sustainability practices to uphold our commitment to quality and ethical sourcing.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the coffee or food and beverage industry, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of coffee products, brewing methods, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
