**Then come and join our global team as **Contract Management Professional (f/m/d) to ensure continuous operation of our network of global distributors, and direct sales channel of diagnostic ultrasound devices.**
**This position can be filled in Erlangen, Germany; Dubai, United Arab**ic** Emirates; London, United Kingdom or Kosice, Slovakia.**

**Choose the best place for your work - **Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

**Your tasks and responsibilities**:

- You draft external contractual agreements (e.g. distribution agreements, collaboration agreements, clinical research agreements)
- You govern internal stakeholders through contractual processes (negotiation, etc.)
- You maintain all kinds of contractual relationships (prolongation, cancellation, archiving, etc.)
- You continuously communicate to our internal and external stakeholders towards our indirect and direct commercialization streams

**Your qualifications and experience**:

- You have completed a Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Legal, Business/Commercial law or similar
- You have several years of work experience in a contractual or legal environment
- You are familiar with the German (and European) law
- Ideally, you have made first experiences within the Med.Tech. Industry
- You generally show a high IT affinity, you like to learn new IT tools and bring along very good MS Office skills (especially Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
- You do not have a university degree? We also welcome applicants with vocational training combined with additional qualifications and many years of professional experience in this field

- You have strong contractual / legal communication skills in English and preferably in German as well
- You can easily motivate yourself
