Are you a tech-savvy, Sales executive with extensive SaaS experience and established contacts with Dubai educational institutions?

To accelerate the continued growth of Sternx, we are looking for a driven Senior SaaS Sales Executives (EMEA). You'll be adept at complex sales, identifying opportunities to win new business and increasing the value of existing accounts by upselling and cross-selling. You'll grow your customer base by identifying new business opportunities and driving deals over the finish line. You will hold online and face-to-face client meetings, deliver presentations and represent the company at industry events and webinars.

**KPIs**
- Being the deal owner for all your new deals in the funnel
- Closed sales (commissionable and uncapped)
- New lead & opportunity volume
- Contact volume

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive the sales process: targeting top prospects, identifying solutions, conducting software demonstrations, negotiating and closing
- Identify customer needs, develop and present customized solutions
- Exceed sales quota: by driving self-created new business, handling inbound leads, and working with strategic accounts to grow revenue through renewals and upsells
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and support teams to ensure client success
- Analyze sales metrics data to help evolve your sales strategy
- Build and maintain a robust client pipeline and demonstrate that with our CRM tools
- Create sales proposals and presentations
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and other terms with customers
- Meet and exceed monthly sales revenue goals

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience B2B SaaS/Software sales experience (preferable), preferably in an Enterprise and Startup environment.
- 4+ years of experience selling SaaS products and cloud-based software solutions to the Schools is plus.
- Knowledge of CRM and sales automation tools.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Willing to adopt a performance-based sales model by tracking critical sales metrics and keeping CRM updated daily
- Recognized and proven track record of consistently achieving revenue targets and quotas

**Language proficiency**
- Outstanding level of English or Advanced business English
- Proficiency in Arabic is plus and desirable

Compensation: monthly Base salary starts at AED 9,000 + Comission
