Executing site activities and project implementation on time following the timeframe of the project.
- Supervising work force at sites for the smooth and timely completion of the project.
- Production activities and proper execution of work allocated to the work force.
- Ensuring and maintaining proper time records of staff at site.
- Liaising with clients, Site Engineers, Production Engineer/ Supervisor and other team members of the clients for the smooth execution of work at site with full respect of the project schedule.
- Reporting to Production Manager with correct site measurements as per production details and drawings given for site executions.
- Coordinating with stores to ensure availability of all tools and materials to be used by the workforce.
- Ensuring all snagging work is attended to at the end of the project for a smooth hand-over.
- Ensuring high quality finishes of all times for all the project products, and works.
- Ensuring health and safety requirements are in order and complied with all sites/ on the shop floor at all times.
- Liaising with drivers for the delivery of finished products after proper QA/ QC inspection and packaging
- Submitting regular progress reports of site activity to Site Engineer and maintaining strict discipline of site work force.
- Reporting daily progress on work completed at site-to-Site Engineer and Production Manager/ reporting the progress of work to Production Manager and ensuring the timely completion and delivery of items to the site.
- Maintain discipline among co-workers.

**SKILLS & REQUISITES**:

- Bachelor's or diploma degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as Production Foreman within the joinery or woodworking industry for more than 5 years.
- Attention to details, and ensure the right and proper finishes of the materials (furniture, wood, joinery works,
- Strong knowledge of joinery manufacturing processes and materials.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and standards.
- Strong communication in English, and Arabic language is a plus and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

**Experience**:
