**Veneer Pressing Foreman**

We are looking for Veneer Pressing Foreman who will be responsible for ensuring that products meet all quality and production requirements of Joinery, Fit-out & Interior Design Company.
- At least 8 - 10 years of experience as a Veneer Pressing Operator or Foreman is required.
- Must be able to read and understand technical drawings of pressing equipment and layout plans.
- Excellent technical skills in the use of various types of Veneer press maintaining safety standards.
- Highly organized and efficient, capable of keeping multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, able to effectively convey instructions to workers.
- Must have good communication, problem solving skills and the ability to lead teams of workers in order to execute press jobs correctly and on time.
- Proven experience as a foreman or supervisor in a joinery manufacturing setting / industry.
