**Responsibilities**:

- Greet visitors and provide them with a warm welcome.
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and workshops.
- Provide administrative support to various departments when needed.
- Handle basic inquiries and provide information about the company's products and services.
- Perform other receptionist duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and verbal communication).
- Both male & Female preferred.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle a busy reception area, prioritize tasks, and multitask effectively.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Professional appearance and a friendly, welcoming attitude.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with calmness and poise.
