Hotel Receptionist Arabic Speaker

**Responsibilities**:
- Proficient use of the Opera system for all reception-related tasks.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable front desk, ensuring all necessary materials (pens, forms, paper, etc.) are readily available.
- Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival.
- Respond to guest inquiries, resolve any complaints, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Manage incoming calls, including redirecting calls as necessary and taking messages.
- Handle the receipt and distribution of letters, packages, etc.
- Draft correspondence, prepare outgoing mail, and manage parcel security.
- Monitor office supplies and initiate orders when stock levels are low.
- Maintain updated records and files, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Oversee office expenses and costs to ensure budget adherence.
- Undertake additional tasks as required, such as managing travel arrangements and scheduling.
**Requirements and Skills**:
- Proven experience as a front desk representative, agent, or similar role within the customer service field.
- Familiarity with office machines (e.g., fax, printer, etc.).
- Knowledge of office management, basic bookkeeping practices, and organizational protocols.
- Proficiency in English (both oral and written) is mandatory.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service orientation.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Problem-solving skills, including the capability to handle guest complaints gracefully.
- A High School diploma is required; additional qualifications in hospitality or related fields will be considered an asset.
**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
