As an Immigration Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth for the company by both working with provided leads and generating your own. You will be responsible for prospecting new clients, managing relationships, and closing deals for immigration services. This role requires a strong sales mindset, a proactive approach to lead generation, and the ability to build and maintain a robust client base.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**: Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, online research, and other sales channels.
- **Lead Conversion**: Work with both provided leads and self-generated leads to assess client needs, offer appropriate immigration services, and guide them through the sales process.
- **Client Consultations**: Conduct detailed consultations to understand client immigration goals, provide tailored solutions, and explain the services offered.
- **Follow-Up & Relationship Building**: Follow up with leads regularly, building long-term relationships with clients by maintaining regular communication and offering ongoing support.
- **Closing Sales**: Close deals by addressing objections, negotiating terms, and converting leads into clients while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- **Sales Targets & Performance**: Meet or exceed monthly sales goals, driving revenue growth for the company.
- **Market Awareness & Industry Knowledge**: Stay informed about industry trends, changes in immigration laws, and competitor offerings to provide the best possible solutions to clients.

**Qualifications**:

- At least **1 year of experience** in immigration or consultation services.
- Strong experience in generating new leads and building a client base from scratch.
- Proven ability to close sales and achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Ability to handle objections, overcome challenges, and drive successful outcomes.
- Strong ability to manage multiple clients and sales opportunities.
