- _Manage and resolve support tickets effectively and efficiently;_
- _Install, configure and update equipment and software;_
- _Collaborate with other departments to improve support services;_
- _Document processes and maintain records of interactions with customers;_
**_Job Requirements_**:
- _Previous experience in helpdesk or technical support roles;_
- _Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail;_
- _Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems;_
- _Written and oral fluency in English (mandatory);_
