**Job Description**:
Position: Business Development Manager (Commission-Only)

Location: UAE

Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Identify New Opportunities**: Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services.
- Build Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to foster trust and drive repeat business.
- Develop Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Negotiate Deals: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profit and ensure mutual satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing, product development, and other internal teams to ensure a cohesive approach to client acquisition and retention.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
- Sales Reporting: Track sales performance, prepare reports, and provide insights and recommendations based on sales data.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: Proven track record in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably within the digital marketing industry.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Knowledge: Understanding of digital marketing strategies and solutions.
- Self-Motivated: Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Results-Driven: Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Compensation:

- Commission Structure: Competitive, commission-based compensation with uncapped earning potential.
- Performance Bonuses: Additional bonuses for meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED40,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
