**Job title: Service Project Manager
- Aftermarket**

**Job description**:

- Responsible for supervising all service and aftermarket related planning production activities through Service. Manages planning and execution of Production, MMR, IMR, and Refurbishment of customer and company owned assets from quote to cash.
- Responsible for budget and financial performance of department.. Develops and communicates the annual budget, staffing plans and organization. Conducts monthly financial reviews. Orders and Production Orders through the system (Acting Production Engineer)
- Manages entry and releases of Production, sales and service orders in order to meet customer demands. Develops and Implements the strategy to determine sources of the components (to make or to buy) per current operation.
- Provides inputs into the financial forecast based on current backlog and estimated completion dates of jobs. Monitors the flow of equipment through the workshop, establishes and maintains KPI’s and performance metrics for throughput. Directs manufacturing areas in prioritization efforts
- Analyses supply and demand of inventory and long-lead parts and takes corrective actions as needed to alleviate schedule impacts or excess inventory
- Develops, recommends and implements improvements to the current working methods, process and procedures. Act as technical referee in a specific field, may act as a team leader in specific projects/ process, provides guidelines to less experienced planners and other functions in specific planning and problem-solving activities
- Makes assessments about supply/demand issues, recommends thorough solutions, and takes initiatives to address issues with little or no direct input from supervisors. Supervises all the Service and Aftermarket Commerical functions within the region, value of $10M/year.. Manages and negotiates Variation Orders (VO) and other changes to the contract within his/her scope of work

**You are meant for this job if**:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with surface wellhead or other pressure control equipment in the Oil & Gas industry, preferably with field service experience.5+ years of experience in customer service and 2 years in a leadership/superviosry/management position
- Knowledge of API Q1/Q2 and TechnipFMC processes and specifications
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiating, writing and presentation skills. Good English essential, Arabic an advantage
- Excellent problem-solving and team-building skills to coordinate resources to meet customer requirements within a team environment.
- Competent in business systems including Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, ServiceMax, InteServ.
