The impact you have in this role

As Country Controller, Emerging Markets, you will have the opportunity to put your curiosity to good use and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people in the world.

Here's how to make an impact:

- Responsible for countries compliance, governance & tax regulations in coordination with IT, RTR (Record to report), STP (Source to Pay), MTD & OTC (Order to cash) functions
- Oversight of statutory & tax audits, managing overall project status & follow up on progression
- Managing queries from business to drive growth & profitability
- Responsible for accuracy of financial reporting & working to mitigate financial risks
- Responsible for Ad-hoc project management & back up support for team members
- Actively working on process standardization, preparing various SOPs, Process Maps & GFS sign-off
- Leading treasury activities, accesses with bank & managing finance cloud storage database

Your Skills and Expertise
- 4-6 years of experience in RTR (Record to report) or broader finance
- Excellent communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint & PBI
- Experience for legacy systems or master data ERP experience
- Process reengineering experience
- Project management experience
- Knowledge of Six Sigma methodology
- Fluent in written and spoken English (other languages will be an added advantage)
- Ability to network and present across different levels in the company
