**Job Summary/Responsibilities**

Manage company's marketing tool kits such as e-signatures, social media posts, invitations, brochures and explainer videos. The marketing team should ensure that the marketing toolkit is up-to-date and that it is aligned with the company’s marketing goals.

Data Analysis and Reporting: A core aspect of this role is tracking campaign performance through analytics tools. Performance Marketing Executives use this data to identify areas for improvement, optimize campaigns for better results, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.

Customer journey management: overseeing the customer journey from start to finish. Work with a variety of teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure that the customer experience is seamless and meets the needs of the customer.

Research and identify strategic partners to collaborate with locally and internationally. This includes identifying potential partners who can help the company reach new markets, grow its customer base or improve its products or services. The marketing team should research potential partners’ capabilities, strengths, and weaknesses to ensure that they are a good fit for the company.

Work with the Customer Success team and ensure ROI for the sponsors and partners. This includes coordinating with Sponsorship team and managing the sponsorship deliverables to ensure customer retention and acquisition.
**Qualifications** Key Skills and Education**
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Analytical and questioning mindset
- Highly adaptable to new technology
- Fast learner and committed to personal development and growth
- Deadline and target driven
- Experience of working with CMS platforms (but coding knowledge not required)
- Experience of marketing analytics and reporting platforms (Google Analytics/Adobe or others)
- Database development and growth, including segmentation / advanced targeting
- Building relationships with partners and stakeholders
- Experience of working in a pressurised environment
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in the use of MS Office, including intermediate/advanced PowerPoint, Word, Excel
- Canva use and experience is a valuable asset
- Events marketing experience
