**Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to build rapport with a diverse student population and collaborate with colleagues Problem-Solving Abilities: Skills in identifying student needs, offering guidance, and developing action plans Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple student cases, keep accurate records, and maintain schedules efficiently Student-Centered Approach: A genuine interest in supporting students' academic, personal, and professional development Technical Proficiency: Ability to use office tools (e.g., MS Office, scheduling platforms) and to learn how to use other tools. Confidentiality: Understanding and practice of maintaining student privacy and confidentiality Adaptability: Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment and adjust to changing student needs and academic policies
