Position Title: Lady Receptionist
- UAE Nationality
Employment Type: Full Time.
**Salary**: Depending on experience and qualifications.
Experience: 2-3 years as Receptionist
Qualification: College Degree or a related field
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
Ø Greet and welcome guests and visitors with a positive attitude.
Ø Answering, forwarding and screening phone calls.
Ø Schedule and confirm appointments and maintain calendars.
Ø Check visitors in and escort them to specific destinations.
Ø Inform employees for their visitors’ arrivals.
Ø Copy and file all the documents received from branches.
Ø Assist GRO an employment documents and formalities.
Ø Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
Ø Other duties as would be required.
**Skills Requirements**:
- Must have good interpersonal communication skills
- Must have ability to maintain confidentiality in all matters
- Must have strong computer skills, Excel, and MS office proficiency
- Great time management skills.
- Good communication skills both at speaking and writing
- Customers service attitude

- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
