Salary Package: 4000-6000 (Commensurate with experience)

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **Registrar** to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage student registration, enrolment, and academic records in accordance with institutional and MoE standards.
- Monitor admission processes and enforce enrolment criteria.
- Maintain accurate student data for internal reports and external compliance audits.
- Collaborate with Heads of Departments, academic units, and awarding bodies such as Pearson, NQC etc.,
- Develop and implement processes to enhance student services and record management.
- Ensure smooth coordination of the upload and communication of grades and attendances

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- **Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the education sector, preferably in the UAE/GCC.**:

- Sound knowledge of **Pearson HND programs** and UK higher education systems.
- Familiarity with GPA/CGPA calculations and admissions standards.
- Strong communication skills in **fluent English** (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in using student management systems and databases.
- Smart, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced academic environment.
