**Position Title**: SEO Manager

**Experience Level**: +5 years managing large SEO service offerings for the banking/financials and/or recreation/leisure industry.

**Job Function**: Develop, execute, and optimize challenging SEO strategies for Mobile SEO, Content, ASO, YouTube, Google Business Profiles, UXUI, CRO, and eRetail/Amazon SEO

**Language Proficiency** - Written and spoken English & Arabic

**Role Summary**

As part of our growing portfolio of services and due to the tremendous opportunity, that exists in the MENA region, we are looking for an organic search manager who will drive and optimize Reprise's organic search offering in the MENA. Our organic search manager will work towards delivering end-to-end execution and optimizing all client’s digital assets.

**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Project Management**:

- Display a strong accountabilitydemeanor for successful end-to-end SEO project delivery
- Take accountabilityfor the ongoing maintenance of client deliverables through proactive account management and foresight
- Briefspecialist teams (analytics, content) were required to meet & exceed client KPIs

**Profit and Pipeline**:

- Provide support in business development and pitches for new and retainer business
- Work with reporting managerto ensure all revenue is realized and forecasts are updated
- Develop relationships within the MCN network touncover new business opportunities

**General Operations**:

- Ensure policy and procedure are followed by team members at each stage of the project.
- Produce weekly project & business trackers aimed to updatemanagers on account status
- Share the best examples of work and industry news in the weekly SEO Circuit Board meetings

**People**
- Manage SEO by coaching, training, and designing upskilling plans
- Be accountable for the accuracy and relevancy of the work produced

**Product**
- Produceat least one regular piece of thought leadership such as POVs and other articles in 6 months
- Contribute by suggestion processes improvement and innovations

**Partners**
- Learn and get hands-on with Reprise tool kits and best practices to maximize value for clients
- Coordinate with resources and deliverables between international offices as and when required
- Assist in the rollout of initiatives and tools from Reprise global

**Desired Knowledge & Understanding**
- Have worked in a reputed & known fast-paced digital agency
- Case study-worthy experience in maintaining high-profile client relationships and significant ongoing SEO growth for clients
- Proven knowledge and expertise in the digital space, focused on search with a primary focus on optimizing all digital assets - Mobile SEO, Content ASO, YouTube, Google My Business, UXUI, CRO, and eRetail/Amazon SEO
- Experience in banking/financials and/or recreation/leisure
- An innovative and logical thinker who can respond to client objections with data & rational
- Public speaking experience or memberships with a professional organization
- Focused on direct response clients who require a clear, thorough, and ongoing justification of the SEO spend
