Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare and craft a wide variety of sushi rolls, sashimi, and nigiri with precision and creativity.
- Ensure the highest quality and freshness of ingredients are used.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, following health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to manage food supplies and inventory.
- Train and supervise junior sushi chefs and kitchen staff.
- Participate in menu planning and development of new dishes.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and maintain high sanitation standards.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Sushi Chef, with a minimum of 1 year in a sushi restaurant.
- Proficiency in various sushi rolling techniques and knife skills.
- A deep understanding of sushi ingredients and presentation.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional quality.
- Willingness to obtain or transfer a work visa.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
