**Position: Solution Architect - Cyber Security**

**Location**: Saudi Arabia

Solutions Architects is the most respected techno-sales professional, having proven track records of customer engagement leading to generate new quality leads, system design and implementation of solutions that meets customers’ mission objectives and operational needs. The Solution Architects will work closely with customers, vendors and internal teams (Sales, PreSales, Technical and Projects) to provide customer with the best possible mission-focused technological solutions

**JOB DUTIES**

1. Collaborate with the sales, leadership, engineering peers, partners, and customers to develop winning and innovative business solutions and proposals by leveraging expertise, technical depth in architectural models and complimentary technologies, services and solutions

2. Engage with existing and new customer and develop new opportunities by educating innovative technological solutions, that boost customer business outcome

3. Design customized solutions with bill of materials, technical proposals, solution presentations, Scope of works, WBS, HLD

4. Engage with customer and generate upsell and cross sell opportunities

5. Engage with vendors to support and develop new opportunities in the market

6. Propose new technological solutions to expand/advance company products/solutions portfolio

7. Plan and develop the new solutions/product release with required technical, marketing and operational documents.

8. Publish technical documents and case studies in different specialty technological domain to market the company technical face.

9. Work with project and technical team to ensure successful delivery of solutions to customers.

10. Successfully demonstrate products and solutions in front of prospects.

11. Work with Sales to provide a response for technical RFQ/RFPs.

12. Participate in all scheduled sales team meetings/conference calls.

13. Responsibility for the build, delivery and management of proof of concept product evaluations.

14. Travel as needed, for industry events, meeting customers and partners

15. Additional responsibilities include handling technical presentations at trade shows and conferences; and ensuring proactive communications with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.

16. Maintain an in-depth level of technical and industry knowledge through ongoing training, seminars and certifications through ongoing training, seminars and certifications.

**SKILLS**
- Proven track record of selling, building, and/or deploying technology solutions.
- Proven experience in providing complex technological solutions to enterprise clients.
- Experienced as a Presales Engineer in solution design, installation and management.
- Outstanding pre-and post-sales account management and follow-through skills, resourcefulness, and attention to detail.
- Experience designing and presenting technical solutions to meet customer requirements.
- Strong communication skills; both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communications skills; professional presentation skills; self-starter, cooperative attitude; team player.
- Must have excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
- Detail oriented, multi-tasking, and able to deal with tight deadlines and stress.
- Very high personal quality, especially on time delivery and commitments
- Must be able to learn new technologies quickly.

**QUALIFICATIONS: Education/Certifications/Experience**
- Must have a minimum of Bachelors degree (B.Tech/BS) in electronic engineer/electrical/computer science or equivalent four year college technical degree.
- 10+ years working experience as the Pre-sales engineer on IP based systems designing and engineering, LANs and WANs, firewalls, cyber security, cloud security
- Expert certifications highly desired CCIE Security, CISSP.
- Good personality and communication skill
- Very good knowledge in Microsoft tools like Excel, Word, Visio, MS Project and Power point

**Salary**: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
