We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant to join our team in Umm Al Quwain, UAE. As a Warehouse Executive, you will work closely with the warehouse manager and other team members to maintain inventory accuracy, monitor shipments, and ensure that all warehouse processes are running smoothly.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and oversee the receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods in the warehouse
- Ensure accurate inventory management by conducting regular stock checks and reconciliations
- Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure they follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate the movement of goods and resolve any issues or delays
- Maintain records of all warehouse activities, including incoming and outgoing shipments, inventory levels, and damaged goods
- Implement and enforce warehouse policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance warehouse operations
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in warehouse operations
- Experience with working on ERPs and proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word
- Experience in implementing process improvements and optimizing warehouse operations
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends, if required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
