**Job Description**:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the control room, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Monitor and control transport activities through advanced control systems, complying with operational protocols.
- Coordinate and collaborate with various departments to maintain seamless communication and operational continuity.
- Monitor effective transport operational plans in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Analyse transport data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the timely servicing and repair of transport vehicles and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of transport activities, including incident reports, maintenance logs, and compliance documentation.
**Education Qualification**:
a) Bachelor's degree (preferred)
b) Proven experience in transport operations management, preferably in a control room environment.
**Work Experience**:
**a) Years of Experience**: 5 years in logistics related industry
**Skills**:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at various levels.
- Proficient in MS office, ERP & using advanced control systems / software for transport management.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Leadership qualities with a focus on fostering teamwork and collaboration.
- Sound decision-making capabilities, even under pressure.
- Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team setting.
