Admin & Accounts Officer

**Administrative Duties**
1. Office Management:
- Ensure the smooth functioning of daily office operations.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
2. Record Keeping:
- Maintain and organize files, documents, and correspondence.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.
3. Communication:
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments.
4. Supervision:
- Oversee junior staff or office assistants.
- Delegate tasks and ensure completion within deadlines.
5. HR Assistant:
- Assist PRO to Visa process and Renewal.
**Accounting Duties**
1. Bookkeeping:
- Record day-to-day financial transactions.
- Maintain all files.
2. Accounts Payable and Receivable:
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Reconcile accounts and ensure timely collections and payments.
3. Payroll Management:
- Calculate employee salaries and manage payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
4. Financial Reporting:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking.
5. Taxation and Compliance:
- File GST, VAT, or other statutory returns as required.
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws and financial regulations.
6. Audits and Reviews:
- Assist in internal and external audits.
- Provide required financial documentation and reports.
**Key Skills Required**
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
