Job Title: Nintex K2 Administrator

Location: Dubai, UAE

**Salary**: AED 65,000 - AED 85,000 per annum

Roles and Responsibilities:

- K2 Platform Administration: Manage the administration, configuration, and optimization of K2 BlackPearl and K2 Five platforms to ensure efficient operation and mínimal downtime.
- System Monitoring & Maintenance: Monitor system performance, health, and security, identifying and resolving issues proactively to ensure high availability of K2 environments.
- User & Security Management: Oversee user roles, permissions, and security settings within K2, ensuring compliance with organizational security standards.
- Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve platform issues such as system errors, workflow failures, and user access problems to maintain platform stability.
- Backup & Disaster Recovery: Implement and manage backup strategies and disaster recovery processes for K2 environments, ensuring data integrity and swift recovery in case of system failures.
- System Upgrades & Patch Management: Plan, test, and execute K2 system upgrades, patches, and hotfixes, minimizing disruptions to business operations.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation on K2 platform configurations, troubleshooting steps, and best practices. Provide regular system performance and health reports to management.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest K2 platform updates, features, and best practices, suggesting improvements for system performance, scalability, and security.

Qualifications Required:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in administering K2 BlackPearl, K2 Five, or Nintex K2 platforms in an enterprise environment.

Technical Skills:

- K2 Platform Administration: Proficient in K2 BlackPearl and K2 Five administration, including environment setup, configuration, and maintenance.
- Database Management: Experience with SQL Server or other relational databases, including querying, optimization, and handling K2-related database tasks.
- Server & Infrastructure Knowledge: Expertise in Windows Server, IIS, Active Directory, and related server management tools for K2 platform support.
- System Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Skilled in monitoring K2 system performance and troubleshooting issues, including server errors, database problems, and workflow failures.
- Backup & Disaster Recovery: Knowledge of implementing and managing backup and disaster recovery processes for K2 environments.
- Security Management: Experience in configuring and managing security roles and permissions within K2 to maintain secure access.
- Scripting & Automation: Proficiency in PowerShell or similar scripting languages for automating administrative tasks.
- Cloud Platforms: Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS) for K2 deployment is a plus.
