Telesales Officer- Forex

We are looking for a telesales professional with expertise and a strong work ethic to join our team in the stock and FX marketing industries. A track record of exceeding sales goals, superior communication abilities, and a thorough knowledge of the financial markets are requirements for the perfect applicant.
- **Responsibilities**_
- Identify suitable clients, make initial contact, and schedule meetings to better understand their requirements, investment objectives, and risk tolerance.
- Need to promote, present, and sell forex items to new clients over the phone.
- Create and sustain solid client relationships by offering exceptional customer service.
- Achieve the sales target.
- Stay current on market developments and news so that you can provide appropriate information and recommendations to clients.
- **Requirements**_
- At least 1- 2 years of telesales experience in the marketing and forex industries.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Excellent knowledge of financial goods and markets.
- Capacity to operate in a fast-paced workplace and meet deadlines.
- English is must and being proficient in Hindi, Malayalam, Kannada, Urdu, Tamil, Sinhala, or any other language will be an added benefit.

**Location - Business Bay**

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- High school or equivalent (required)

**Experience**:

- Forex Telesales: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English + any other (Please mention other languages) (required)
- Hindi (required)

**Location**:

- Dubai (required)
