**Your Role**:In this dynamic role, you're not just a Recruitment Consultant; you're a cultural matchmaker. You'll collaborate closely with companies, immersing yourself in their essence to truly understand their staffing needs. Your mission?

To hunt down and secure top-tier talent that doesn't just fit the bill, but aligns perfectly with their values.

**Your responsibilities**:
Start conversations that open doors to new opportunities, all while nurturing the bonds with our existing valued clients.

To master negotiating charge rates with clients to maximize paid commissions

Dive deep into our clients world to better understand who they are as a company and what makes their recruitment hearts beat.

To build your network and foster new relationships.

Become an authority figure in your space, sharing your expertise and wisdom.

Develop client recruitment strategies, giving guidance and insights that illuminate the path toward a culture-first approach.

Deliver meticulous post-placement care, ensuring above and beyond service whilst nurturing future collaborations.
