Job Purpose

To provide administrative support and ensure the accuracy, organization, accessibility of various types of documents and the smooth functioning within an organization. The primary responsibilities typically include creating, updating, and maintaining documents, records, and files, both in physical and digital formats.

Key Responsibilities

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Follow company instauration & rules.
- Creating new documents or modifying existing ones based on provided information or templates. This may involve typing, formatting, proofreading, and editing documents to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Organizing and maintaining a systematic filing system for documents, records, and other relevant materials. This includes labeling, categorizing, and indexing documents for easy retrieval and reference.
- Entering data into databases or spreadsheets, maintaining accurate records, and updating information as needed. This may involve verifying data for completeness and accuracy.
- Conducting reviews of documents to ensure they meet established guidelines, standards, and legal requirements. This includes checking for errors, inconsistencies, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Facilitating the distribution of documents to the appropriate recipients within the organization or externally to clients, partners, or regulatory bodies. Additionally, retrieving requested documents promptly and efficiently when needed.

Key Interaction
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements related to document management, workflow, or efficiency.
- Adhering to relevant industry regulations, privacy laws, and confidentiality protocols when handling sensitive documents. Maintaining the security and integrity of documents is crucial to protect sensitive information.
