Job Purpose
Supporting PMO function in filing and retrieving documents, preparing and processing paperwork, scheduling appointments and meetings, maintaining records and databases and other clerical duties required to support daily business run.
Key Responsibilities
**Filing and retrieving documents**
Manage the filling, storage & retrieval of documents. This will involve scanning documents and / or electronically filing documents, organizing documents and ensuring documents are saved and safeguarded and retrieved efficiently when needed.
- Key Interaction
**Preparing and processing paperwork**
Prepare necessary documentation, print, distribute documents.
**Scheduling appointments and meetings**
Support team by setting up appointments and meetings as instructed, take and distribute meeting notes.
**SKILLS**
Strong IT skills in MS office including outlook, excel and word.
Good attention to detail.
The ability to multitask.
Highly organized.
Good communication skills.
Proficient typing skills.
Minute taking.
Required Qualification and Experience
Secondary school or higher.
Appropriate experience in similar position.
Interpersonal abilities including good written and verbal communication skills.
Sound knowledge in the use of web-based tools, MS Outlook, WORD, Excel and PowerPoint.
Proficiency in supporting teams across fast paced marine sector.
