- UAE, and we are seeking skilled and highly driven **Chinese** Property Consultants to join our experienced and multinational team.

**We offer a commission-based salary structure, where you can earn up to 70% commission paid the next day**

As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for:

- Providing expert advice to clients on buying, selling, or renting properties, analyzing the local real estate market, and negotiating mutually beneficial agreements.
- you will need to have a deep understanding of the market, including property trends and legal requirements.

**Requirements**:

- **Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.**:

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Proven experience as a Property Consultant or in a similar role, preferably working with Chinese clients.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
