**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide timely and accurate assistance to customers, ensuring a positive and satisfactory resolution of their concerns.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with customers, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards their needs.
- Document all customer interactions and relevant information accurately in the system.
- Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues and follow up on resolutions.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer support processes by providing feedback and suggestions for enhancement.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written along with understanding issue of customer correctly.
- Empathetic and patient attitude towards customers to make them feel served.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail which can be on the point.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software or similar chat support tools is a plus.
- Fluency in multi language is add-on but primarily or native language required such as English, Hindi, Telugu, Kannada and Gujarati.
- Master in any of there language English, Hindi, Telugu, Kannada and Gujarati with fluent speaking and writing skills.
