Learning Digital Production Partner

Job Purpose: The Learning Digital Production Partner will support the Learning Design team by designing and developing digital learning content that deliver engaging and impactful learning experiences.
**In this role, you will**:
- Conceptualise, develop and deliver a range of digital learning experiences and development solutions
- Collaborate with the learning design partners to fully understand the learning objectives and use this understanding to shape the digital design output
- Oversee the production of multimedia elements, including video recordings, graphics, animations, and audio narration, to enhance learning materials
- Employ evidence-based learning principles to guide the creation of learning materials. Create storyboards and scripts for digital learning content, outlining the flow of information and interaction
- Create user-friendly and visually appealing learning experiences that maximizes learner engagement and retention
- Promote the incorporation of digital learning tools into other experience solutions, in alignment with the learning design learning strategy
- Liaise with the broader digital production Team, corporate communication, IT and partner providers to ensure the accessibility and smooth running of digital learning design
- Lead own development to ensure staying current and up to date with latest trends and research in relevant field
**Qualifications & Experience: To be considered for this role, you must meet the below requirements**:
- Completed Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent), in one of the following disciplines: Business Administration, Graphics and Design and/or any other relevant field of study
- 5+ years of experience In-Flight Service or In-flight Administration
- Deep understanding of adult learning modalities
- Design thinking skills to create engaging and impactful digital learning experiences
- Comfort with ambiguity and technology
- Ability to work effectively in a challenging and demanding fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage different stakeholders and deliver to a wide variance of audience
