The Opportunity
- “The Partner Success team provides support to FICO's top accounts across the globe. The Partner Success Manager (PSM) is an advocate for our partners and is responsible for maintaining and growing the existing FICO revenue stream within an installed base in a defined region. This position will also be responsible for developing partners relationships, improving partner experience, protecting, and growing revenue, preventing crisis, and guaranteeing that all areas and actions are synchronized and properly working according to partners expectations.”_ - Hiring Manager.
What You’ll Contribute
- Develop and manage an account Plan that will improve partner satisfaction and grow current baseline stream.
- Achieve quarterly revenue quota targets.
- Develop, articulate, and refine FICO value specific to partner’s needs.
- Build partner relationships with key executives.
- Negotiate and drive to execution sales of value-added services, renewals, and change requests.
- Negotiate and execute renewals of existing FICO software and solutions.
- Prepare and present partner business reviews and account status reviews.
- Determine and oversee actions required to deal with any partner satisfaction issues.
What We’re Seeking
- A bachelor’s degree in a business or science-based discipline, or equivalent experience developed in a commercial environment.
- Fluent in English language.
- Demonstrated success in enterprise software sales / partner management.
- Ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the partner organization; from hands-on technical resources to C-level executives.
- Ability to promote upselling and cross selling opportunities.
- Ability to work in a team environment, yet able to lead and coordinate activities across virtual teams and concurrently manage multiple tasks.
- Strong sense of urgency and able to work under tight deadlines.
