We are currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic Telecommunications Agent who is fluent in Russian to join our team at Rixos Marina Hotel Abu Dhabi. As a Telecommunication Agent, you will play a vital role in ensuring effective communication between guests and hotel staff, providing exceptional service to our valued guests.

What you will be doing:

- Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide information, answer inquiries, and assist guests with any requests they may have.
- Take accurate messages and deliver them promptly to the appropriate person or department.
- Assist in coordinating guest requests and inquiries with other hotel departments.
- Maintain the hotel's telephone switchboard system and ensure its proper functioning at all times.
- Uphold a high level of confidentiality and discretion when dealing with guest information.
- Follow the hotel's established procedures and policies to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Resolve any guest complaints or issues related to telecommunications, escalating as necessary.
- Stay updated with hotel information, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to guests.

Your experience and skills include:

- Fluent in both written and spoken English (Russian language isa a plus).
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of basic office software.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with calmness and efficiency.
