**Operation In - Charge - Bedspace Leasing and Occupancy Management**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Leasing & Occupancy Management**:

- Ensure all bedspaces are leased and fully occupied at all times.
- Prepare and manage move-in and move-out agreements.
- Generate regular occupancy and vacancy reports for management review.

**Collection & Financial Management**:

- Oversee the timely collection of rents and lease payments from tenants.
- Report any delays in payments (e.g., 3-day delay) to senior management with necessary follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate financial records related to leasing and collections.

**Maintenance & Upkeep**:

- Coordinate the maintenance and upkeep of all apartments and bedspaces.
- Liaise with the maintenance team to ensure all repairs and upkeep are conducted in a timely manner.
- Ensure that amenities and facilities are well-maintained and functioning.

**Procurement & Amenities**:

- Work closely with the procurement team to handle requests for amenities and supplies.
- Ensure that amenities are replenished as needed to maintain high standards of service and comfort for tenants.

**Reporting & Coordination**:

- Regularly update management on operational, maintenance, collection, and leasing matters.
- Report any operational challenges or issues, including delays in collections or maintenance, to senior management.
- Liaise with the head office to ensure smooth operations, compliance with policies, and resolution of any legal or operational concerns.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in property management, bedspace leasing, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of lease agreements, collection procedures, and tenant management.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams (maintenance, procurement, etc.) for effective operations.
- Ability to resolve issues promptly and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with legal aspects of leasing and tenant agreements is an advantage.

Working Hours Full-time position (6 days, No day off on weekends).

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
