Parent Relations Executive

Aldar Education is currently seeking Parent Relations Executive for Mubarak Bin Mohammed Charter School, Abu Dhabi, to start immediately.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the highly successful Aldar family of schools and to help shape the future of Abu Dhabi’s leading school group.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Welcome all parents to the school and deal with any initial enquiries
To embrace and encourage the ethos and standards of excellence as defined in the MBMCS’s Core Values.
Ensure all parent facing areas are attractive, uncluttered and convey a welcoming environment to students and parents.
As a team create and send out welcome information packs to new families prior to joining the school and if required request the support of the PLO.
Work with the senior leadership and Registrar to plan and oversee the induction and transition days of students and host these events with the support of the PLO.
A member of the team to assist the registrar when needed with attendance, enquiries and enrolments
Ensure that the School Principal and relevant staff are regularly informed of concerns of unusual matters of significance.
Maintain open lines of communication with existing parents throughout the year
Manage the feedback process, acting as the initial point of contact for parents to ask questions or raise any issues
Liaise with the school faculty to resolve these issues and keep a record of any such queries
Share weekly reports with the school Principal on parent feedback and ensure the escalation process and complaints procedure is complied
Manage the receptionists and ensure a high level of customer care is provided
Coach and develop the performance of front of house staff so they are seen as director of first impressions
Research and organise customer service training for team to support delivery of high customer care
Assess and make recommendations for more efficient ways of working at front of house.
Support Operations/Admin Team with any other task which may be required to support the school.
Ensure the MBMC’s policies, procedures, and codes of conduct are followed at all times.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum Experience
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the region
Customer service experience is required
Experience in the Education sector is preferred
Line management experience
Job Specific Knowledge & Skill
Fluent English communication skills, written and oral
Strong interpersonal skills to be able to work well in a multi-cultural environment
Excellent office management skills and computer literacy
Fluency in Arabic is preferable.
