Office Staff

We are looking for an office staff(Preferably Chinese) who will do **timekeeping**, **create maintenance reports** & **other administrative tasks**.
**Responsibilities**:
- Following up schedule of works for each department or outlet
- Keeping track of company and project documentation
- Following and improving document handling procedures
- Sorting, storing and retrieving electronic and hard copy documents on behalf of clients or staff
- Can easily be trained to work and assist the CEO
**Requirements**:
- College degree in management or similar.
- Preferably graduated from the Top 10 Universities in the Philippines
- Minimum 2 years experience in Administrative Department.
- A Multi-tasker who is willing to assist and learn the scope of other colleague's work.
- Reliably able to extend hours to finish given task in a day.
- Excellent telephone, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Sound knowledge of working through a timekeeping system is a plus
- The ability to keep sensitive information confidential.
- Must be approachable and helpful.
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Should be a better role leader.
- Good ethical judgment.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
