**Job Title**: Personal Assistant with Purchasing Expertise
**Job Purpose**: To provide comprehensive administrative and logístical support to a family, focusing on managing purchasing needs, vendor relations, and maintaining a high standard of service and discretion.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide thorough administrative support, ensuring all family-related tasks are handled efficiently.
- Manage and coordinate the purchasing of personal items and household goods, ensuring quality and value.
- Handle relations with vendors, including price negotiations to secure the best possible deals.
- Organize and maintain records related to shopping, budgeting, and expenditures.
- Assist with scheduling and managing appointments, events, and travel arrangements.
- Ensure all family needs are met with professionalism and discretion.
**Qualifications**:
- A qualification in Business Management, Personal Assistance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a personal assistant, with a strong focus on purchasing and shopping for a family.
**Language Requirements**:
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Fluency in Arabic is an advantage.
**Skills**:
- Expertise in purchasing and shopping for personal and household items.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
**Additional Requirements**:
- Must exhibit a high level of discretion and reliability.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential.
Pay: AED25,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
