Understanding the product and customer needs and write thorough specs for each.
- Producing an accurate summary of total spend at the end of a marketing campaign.
- Undertaking detailed ongoing analysis of marketing campaigns to ensure targets are met.
- Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
- Coordinate with department for admin approvals and create a valued communication with the departments.
- Generating and executing marketing campaigns across social media platforms
- Preparing online and print marketing campaigns.
- Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
- Oversees current offerings and comes up with initiatives for new products or services
- Researches and analyses market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies
- Communicates with various media buyers, advertising agencies, printers, and other services to help marketing projects come to fruition
- Provides in-depth information to interested clients, and acts as a representative for the marketing department in important buyer meetings
- Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites
- Determining size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and font style and size
- Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required
- Liaising with external printers on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed to the highest quality.
- Create visual aspects of marketing materials, websites and other media, including info graphics.
- Shoot and edit photos and videos for social media use and other platforms
- Come up with content ideas to highlight various services and products
- Write social media posts and prepare the content calendar for the main hotel channels
- Monitor all engagement activity across hotel’s social media accounts
- Thorough understanding of the social media environment and its evolving shape. Awareness of the latest tools, platforms and best practices
- Correspond with traditional media and social influencers, evaluate media exposure opportunities
- Manage hotel communications including signage for public spaces, elevator screens, in-room TV’s, and in-room screens
- With the assistance of Marketing Manager, brief media plans, write creative briefs and retouching briefs
- Update content on the property website and partner websites
- Use industry platforms to measure and report on social media and digital statistics
- Ensure that all hotel promotions, advertising and collaterals are in keeping with Mercure standards and brand image and reflect the highest level of professionalism in content and presentation
- Occasionally design in-house collaterals including flyers, menus, posters, hotel screen banners
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Premiere pro, Illustrator, InDesign, Aftereffects
- Should have excellent verbal and written English

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 36 months

**Salary**: Up to AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 2 years (required)
