With stunning resorts located across the globe and exciting expansion planned, Kerzner International currently has a fantastic opportunity for a Mixologist to join the F&B team at The One&Only Royal Mirage Hotel in Dubai.

With the global growth of our brands, you will be an integral part of the Resort’s success and your role goes beyond developing potential relationships, where you will be working on behalf of our Guests and with other Colleagues.

To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follows:
Customer Service experience in supervisory or above capacity.
Knowledge of mixing and matching ingredients to offer an outstanding selection of creative cocktails, non-alcoholic drinks, spirits, beers and wines and be able to garnish all drinks.
Create new mixed drinks and cocktails for promotional activity and new menus for all outlets
A warm personality, attentive and smartly presentable.
An ability to listen and respond to demanding guest needs.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
Accountable and resilient.
Committed to delivering high levels of customer service.
Ability to work under pressure.
Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
Responsible in carrying out monthly inventories and beverage cost as of resort standard.
