**About The Role**

As and Executive Finance Operation you will provide ongoing finance support to merchandize procurement activities and to ensure KPI’s are met using relevant systems and processes.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Act as a single point of contact with Brand in terms of financial activities such as payment, LC, payment terms etc.
- Support Sr. Executive/ Fin Ops Manager in reviewing and securing best payment terms with suppliers in coordination with Buying.
- Coordinate with the suppliers on payments to ensure that all products are delivered, and the payment is processed within due dates and ATI commitments to suppliers are met.
- Maintain receivables records (advance/ RTV/ damages) and follow up with suppliers/Brands to clear advance payment monthly.
- Provide FSS/Buyers on a weekly basis with information regarding pending payments.
- Coordinate with Buyers and Brand to finalize the LC values and expiry date to facilitate LC issuance and renewal.
- Provide Finance department with the relevant information required for drafting Letters of Credit and submit for supplier approval.
- Manage the end-to-end process of LC’s
- issuance, safe custody, renewal, cancellations, value revisions etc.
- Resolve/monitor supplier damages and liaise with the suppliers in case of any variance/damage to prompt immediate corrective action.
- Maintain necessary documentation system for efficient and orderly storage and retrieval of documents/in

**About You**

To be successful in securing the role, you will need to have the following qualification, skills and experience:

- Post graduation in Commerce/ Finance/ Accounting.
- Minimum of 5-8 years similar experience preferably in leading Retail Companies.
- Knowledge of Financial accounting system
- JDE/ SAP/ Tally.
- Knowledge of Retail merchandize systems
- ORACLE/ SAP/ MS.
- Expert knowledge in MS Office
- Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to details.
- Ability to work independently and strong leadership skills.
