We’re looking for a payment gateway product Lead/Manager for a software & IT services company based in Dubai, UAE. This role will report to the Director of Digital Payment Gateway and manage the company’s payment products & services. Mandarin speaking with 8+ years of relevant working experience in fintech/software industry is preferred.

**Responsibilities**:
Manage bouquet of payments services & payment gateway. VPA's creation on the bank channels. Manage UPI Transactions and new product initiatives.

Lead a team to analyze the business requirements; identify UAT Scenarios, run the tests & record the results; confirm the business objectives are met.

Own the strategy and roadmap for Payments. Define and deliver the customer experience on payments and refunds.

Work closely with the external payment and fin-tech ecosystem to keep abreast of the best-in-class industry solutions. Identify right partners and implement and scale across all the product lines.

Be on top of latest guidelines and new payments initiatives across competitors. Evaluate different key payment initiatives and work with the tech and brand teams for their implementation in the roadmap.

Drive the payment optimization by increasing routing to payment instruments that have higher success rates, while lowering cost of payments and retaining low fraud rates.

Define and deliver best-in-class refund experience to reduce refund TAT, drive user experience (CX) and repeat transactions.

Develop and maintain an alert mechanism to promptly resolves day to day technology issues that impact payment Success rates and customer experience.

Explore mutually beneficial partnerships with bank partners/wallets/payment networks to give the company offers and cash backs.

Work closely with the identified parties to detail out the plan of engagement, expected business results, proposed timelines, commercials, and integration efforts. Manage end-to-end legal details of the engagement along with the respective teams.

Job Requirements
- 8+ years’ experience in the Payment (gateway) and Fin-tech product management. In-depth knowledge of payment gateways, new-age fin-tech solutions and understanding of payment alliances ecosystem.
- Experience in integration with payment gateways and understanding the technical

integration details.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience translating customer needs into product and

engineering requirements and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Experience of working with UI/UX design teams to deliver best-in-class payment design.
- Multi-task and multi-stakeholder management skills; strong consumer insight capability and curiosity on payment trends.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to identify, schedule, execute, and manage challenging opportunities and projects across multiple functional teams.
- Mandarin Chinese speaking is a must.
