Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in expanding our holiday homes portfolio. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, establishing partnerships, and driving revenue growth in the holiday homes sector. Your role will be crucial in shaping the future of our holiday homes business and enhancing our presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences in the holiday homes sector.

Analyze market data to identify potential areas for growth and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.

Partnership Development:
Identify, engage, and establish partnerships with property owners, property management companies, and real estate agents to expand our holiday homes inventory.

Negotiate and close deals that align with company goals and profitability targets.

Sales and Revenue Generation:
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals.

Collaborate with the sales team to effectively promote holiday homes and convert leads into customers.

Continuously monitor and analyze sales performance, making adjustments as needed to ensure targets are met.

Portfolio Expansion:
Identify and evaluate potential properties for inclusion in our holiday homes portfolio.

Coordinate property inspections, legal reviews, and due diligence to ensure the quality and suitability of properties.

Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, vendors, and partners.

Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly to ensure a positive customer experience.

Marketing and Promotion:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, marketing campaigns, and online listings to showcase our holiday homes.

Utilize various channels such as social media, online travel agencies, and industry events to increase visibility and bookings.

Performance Reporting:
Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights on business performance, market trends, and growth opportunities.

Budget Management:
Develop and manage budgets related to business development and marketing activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with financial goals.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Proven track record in business development, sales, or related roles within the hospitality or real estate industry.

Strong understanding of the holiday homes market, industry trends, and customer behavior.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and make data-driven decisions.

Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

Willingness to travel as needed to establish and nurture partnerships.
