Job Overview:
As an Estimation and Contracts Manager specializing in Fit Out and Joinery, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the estimation process and contract administration for fit-out and joinery projects. You will work closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure accurate cost estimates, timely project delivery, and successful contract execution. Your role will involve analyzing project requirements, preparing bids, negotiating contracts, and providing ongoing project support. You will play a vital role in ensuring the profitability and smooth execution of fit-out and joinery projects.

**Responsibilities**:
Estimation Management:
Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other relevant documents to determine project requirements.

Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for fit-out and joinery projects, considering labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs.

Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to obtain accurate pricing and ensure all project requirements are considered.

Conduct site visits to assess project scope, identify potential challenges, and gather necessary information for estimation purposes.

Review and analyze tender documents, highlighting any deviations, risks, or opportunities.

Present estimates and proposals to clients, addressing their queries and concerns.

Contract Administration:
Review and negotiate contract terms and conditions, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Collaborate with the legal department to develop and finalize contracts, including scope of work, schedules, payment terms, and project milestones.

Ensure all contractual obligations, deadlines, and deliverables are clearly defined and communicated to relevant stakeholders.

Track and monitor contract performance, addressing any variations or changes to scope and ensuring proper documentation and approvals.

Resolve contract-related issues, disputes, and claims in a timely and efficient manner.

Maintain accurate records of all contractual documents, correspondence, and project-related documentation.

Project Support:
Provide ongoing support to project teams, addressing any estimation or contractual queries, clarifications, or changes.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to ensure projects are delivered within budget and schedule.

Monitor project costs, analyzing any discrepancies and implementing necessary corrective actions.

Conduct periodic reviews of project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing lessons learned.

Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, fostering collaboration and resolving any issues.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.

At least 5 years-experience in lead estimation and contract management within the fit-out and joinery industry in the UAE.

In-depth knowledge of fit-out and joinery construction processes, materials, and costs.

Strong analytical skills to accurately estimate project costs and identify potential risks and opportunities.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills to effectively interact with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Proficiency in using estimation software and tools.

Familiarity with relevant construction contracts and regulations.

Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Leadership skills to effectively manage teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
