**Summary**

Seeking a Category Sales Executive for Bakery & Pastry at JM Foods, tasked with driving sales growth through strategic client relationships and market analysis. This role is perfect for those with a blend of creative flair and strategic sales skills, offering ample opportunity for impact and professional development.

**Responsibilities**
- Build and nurture relationships with bakery and pastry sector clients, aligning products with their needs.
- Identify and secure new business using varied sales strategies.
- Conduct market research to ensure our offerings remain top choice.
- Create proposals and presentations highlighting our product range's benefits.
- Work with supply chain to guarantee timely deliveries and maintain stock levels.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support, fostering long-term relationships.
- Represent JM Foods at trade shows and events to boost brand visibility.
- Achieve and surpass sales targets, adapting strategies as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of bakery and pastry products, market trends, and sales opportunities.
- Experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Skilled in negotiation, capable of crafting deals that balance client needs with company profitability.
- Ability to implement sales plans and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Excel for sales tracking and data analysis.
- Creative in marketing strategy, working with teams to craft sector-specific promotions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for effective product value communication.
- Staying updated on industry, competitor, and regulatory developments to keep JM Foods competitive.
