POSITION

The **Regional Architecture & Visual Merchandising (VM)** department is part of **Parfums Christian Dior Orient**, in charge of an area of 800 point of sales amongst 44 countries in the Middle East, Europe, Africa and India.

Reporting to the Senior Architecture & VM Manager, you support the implementation of the retail marketing strategy across all 800 points of sales in the region.

As the **Visual Merchandising Trainee**, you will work with the Merchandising team** **to enhance the image of the brand throughout the region while managing and communicating the Maison guidelines and collaborating with retail partners.

Your main assignment will be focused on**:
**Development & adaptation of guidelines**
- ** **Tailor and coordinate retail and trade guidelines for countries according to the annual marketing calendar.

**Redaction of the weekly newsletter**
- Create internal visual merchandising newsletter for all the markets including VM assets (VM guideline, visuals priorities, movie loop) according to launch.

**Communication of VM assets**
- Order, manage, and distribute core VM assets such as visual master-kits, movies and content creation material.
- Collect reports on brand installations, window installations, store openings, seasonal VM and events, etc.
- Stay up to date with brand and external competitor activities.
- Compile monthly competitor reports of VM and Trade implementations across the region.

**VM coordination & data tracking**
- Assist with weekly requests for the local market (visual layouts, coordination on campaign launches, trade animation file requests, technical and administrative support, etc).
- Support alignment of seasonal timings & executions to deliver a premium retail experience to the consumer.
- Maintain a SharePoint database with the latest information for upcoming VM campaigns and Trade animations.

**VM sustainability**
- Support sustainability implementation to become more environmentally friendly.
- Create awareness of sustainability best practices across different markets.

PROFILE
- VM or Business student with passion to progress in the creative field.
- Detail-oriented, creative, proactive, dynamic, and very well organized with a capacity to adapt to a fast-moving environment.
- Strong planning skills which ensure timely and accurate execution of responsibilities.
- Strong communication skills which allow you to build strong relationships within a team.
- Microsoft proficient (Excel and Power point).
- Knowledge of Adobe Suite is preferred.
- Fluent in English is mandatory (both verbal and written).
