**The Role**

We are looking for a Buyer or Senior Buyer to be based in Dubai to work for the group of brands. You will work across product categories, build competitively priced ranges, and develop our new and existing supply base for the boohoo group of brands.

We look for passion, agility and pace in our teams and our Buyers work on high volume, fast moving categories, working with a range of suppliers globally.

Roles in the Buying team are autonomous and rewarding, our unique test and repeat model makes us stand apart and allows us to react fast when bringing the product to market.

**The Team**

We started out as one brand with only three team members in 2006, today we are now made up of 13 amazing brands and counting, we have offices all over the world and we’ve grown to a 6,000+ strong team we call our boohoo family - and we don’t plan on stopping yet.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Working collaboratively with the UK based brand buying teams to commercially develop product categories in the required business area.
- Ensures proposition can deliver required international growth and maintains understanding of requirements of new territories.
- Ensuring competitive cost prices, speed, low MOQ’s whilst ensuring boohoo group Code of Conduct is adhered to
- Ensure existing boohoo supply base is developed and introduced to new sourcing geographies to develop product category opportunities as they arise.
- Work collaboratively with regional Sourcing hubs to ensure Boohoo group sourcing strategy is delivered.
- Work collaboratively with the Product and Environmental Sustainability Teams to support the delivery of our sustainability goals and objectives.
- Support the Product Compliance and QC Teams in investigating and resolving any quality issues as they arise.
- Reports and effectively communicates all key information frequently to Heads and Director level within relevant brands.
- Extensive travel globally, completing international buying trips as and when necessary.

**More about you**
- To succeed in this role, you must have previous experience within a similar Buying or Sourcing role for a well known fast paced retailer.
- There will be extensive travel required so you must be flexible to meet the needs of the business.
- A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to work to tight deadlines
- Outstanding industry knowledge, be current and ahead at identifying trends and commercial wins for the brand
- You will be super passionate about the industry and keep our collections ahead of the competition
- Highly Commercial
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Ability to work independently

Above all you must be passionate, agile and commercially autonomous with the ability to keep up in an extremely fast paced environment.
