Purpose & Scope A. Supervises, directs and controls the activities of assigned subordinates on the Barges for carrying out maintenance: repairs, fabrication, installations, hydro testing of, piping, valves, vessels, structure, etc. as required on offshore platforms/Wellhead Towers. B. Qualification/experience required - Completion of Technical Secondary Education Certificate followed by three years formal training leading to a diploma in Mechanical trades. - A minimum of 10-15 years work experience in oil and gas static equipment maintenance works with a minimum of five years' experience in Offshore oil installations, mainly in general maintenance of static equipment and pipe work and structure fabrication. Knowledge to interpret P&ID, Isometrics, GA drawings, Sectional Drawings, etc. - Should be able to prepare Isometric drawings and fabrication drawings and provide MTO. - Thorough knowledge of offshore safety procedures and related practices. - Fare knowledge of spoken and written English Language. - Should be familiars in using Computer and prepare reports in word and excel at site - Age not more than 50 years
