POSITION

Master Barista

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

The Master Barista is an expert in handcrafting delicious, perfect beverages. Leading a team of Barista's

QUALIFICATIONS /CERTIFICATION /LICENSES

If mandatory - we will note this
- Culinary or Sommelier certificate or higher
- High school diploma or equivalent with Prior café or coffee shop experience a plus.

EXPERIENCE
- 5 years of work experience
- Experienced in working with VVIP clients is a plus

KEY SKILLS /KNOWLEDGE

The Barista loves coffee and creating new beverages. The barista is passionate about

coffee. He/she will be a path on continuous learning - always looking for ways to create the

perfect pour. The barista will have acute taste buds and will be able to tell the difference

between different roasts. He/she will be knowledgeable about ingredients and techniques

required to create perfect drinks.

- Ability to work unsupervised and deliver quality work

- Exceptional personal hygiene and grooming
- Working knowledge of MS office skills - word, excel, outlook, ppt

practices.
